International corporate arrangements frequently involve multiple counterparties, institutions and professional advisers operating across different jurisdictions and regulatory environments.

Globesco Capital Ltd may provide administrative support relating to:

• coordination of communication between relevant stakeholders;
• organisation of documentation flows;
• administrative information requests;
• operational follow-up relating to administrative processes;
• multi-jurisdictional coordination support.

The Company does not execute transactions on behalf of clients and does not act as a regulated intermediary.

The Company may assist clients with the organisation and coordination of:

Globesco Capital Ltd does not independently verify legal or tax positions and does not provide regulated compliance services.

• banking institutions;
• corporate administrators.

Clients are expected to obtain independent professional advice separately from appropriately qualified advisers where required.

Globesco Capital Ltd maintains a selective and relationship-focused operating model and does not engage in high-volume onboarding activity or mass-market service provision.

The Company generally operates on a limited-number-of-engagements basis.

• provide brokerage services;
• provide discretionary investment management;
• provide payment processing services;
• market regulated financial products or services to the public.

All regulated activities remain under the responsibility of appropriately licensed third-party institutions and professional advisers.
