The Company’s activities are administrative and coordination-focused in nature and may include:

Globesco Capital Ltd is not:

• an electronic money institution;
• a brokerage firm;
• an investment manager;
• a custodian;
• a crypto-asset service provider;

The Company does not:

• accept deposits;
• hold client money;
• hold client assets or securities;
• execute transactions on behalf of clients;

• provide payment processing services;
• provide regulated investment services;
• market regulated financial products or services to the public.

The Company does not provide services to retail consumers or the general public.

All regulated financial activities remain under the responsibility of appropriately licensed third-party institutions and professional advisers.

Globesco Capital Ltd previously held a Cyprus Investment Firm licence (CIF 355/18), which was voluntarily surrendered in 2019 following a strategic restructuring and discontinuation of regulated investment activities.

Since such restructuring, the Company has operated exclusively within the scope of non-regulated advisory and administrative support services.

Globesco Capital Ltd maintains internal procedures proportionate to the nature and scale of its activities, including:

• customer due diligence procedures;
• source of funds verification measures;
• sanctions and reputational screening procedures;
• internal review and escalation processes;
• record retention and documentation procedures.

The Company maintains a selective and relationship-focused operating approach and does not engage in high-volume onboarding activity or mass-market service provision.

The Company reserves the right to decline engagements that do not meet its internal compliance, reputational or operational criteria.

Where appropriate, Globesco Capital Ltd works alongside external:

• legal advisers;
• tax advisers;
• accountants;
• auditors;
• banking institutions;
• corporate administrators.

Any regulated activities remain subject to the responsibility, supervision and regulatory status of the relevant licensed third-party institutions and professional advisers.
